Having organised numerous sports presentation ceremonies over 35 years, I am fully aware of the necessity to have an appointed person who is articulate, confident, demonstrates good rapport with your audience and who can control the pace of the event, fronting such an occasion. Individuals need to be able ‘front’ the event, introduce guest speakers and build up the dialogue & personal connection that each particular presentation merits.
